This website is run by Search Experts Limited (“SearchExperts”, “we”, “us”), based in Auckland, New Zealand. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website, including the Growth Diagnostic, enquiry forms, articles and resources. They don’t cover paid work. If you become a client, the proposal or agreement we both sign sets out the terms for that work, and it takes priority over anything on this website.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it’s general information, not advice for your specific business. Results described in case studies reflect those clients’ circumstances, markets and budgets at the time. They aren’t a promise of similar results for you.

The Growth Diagnostic and free roadmap

The Growth Diagnostic gives an indicative score and suggestions based only on the answers you provide. It’s a starting point for a conversation, not an audit of your accounts. Please don’t rely on it alone when making business or spending decisions.

Using our content

The content, design, logos and images on this site belong to SearchExperts or are used with permission. You’re welcome to read, print or share pages for your own business use, and to quote short extracts with a link back. Please don’t copy, republish or sell our content, or use it to train automated systems, without our written permission.

Google, Google Ads and the Google Partner badge are trademarks of Google LLC. Meta is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Their use here doesn’t mean those companies endorse this website.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site. For example, don’t submit false or someone else’s details through our forms, send spam, try to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt how the site works.
